RCMD Club Meeting #969 featuring Fr. Ben Beltran SVD

January 25, 2017 -- Last Wednesday, we had our 969th Club Meeting featuring Fr. Ben Beltran SVD, a catholic priest who have helped thousands of people in Manila by setting up groups who would address the issues of the community including health, education, livelihood, and housing.

Fr. Ben Beltran talked about breast cancer in his keynote speech to give awareness on the causes and dangers that this disease could bring. He discussed the life experiences of breast cancer survivors to have a deeper understanding of what they have been through.

His speech ended with a reminder for everyone to maintain a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risk of getting breast cancer, or other illnesses in general.
