Over the years, this heartwarming event has become a cherished tradition, consistently led with dedication and compassion by our ever-active RCMD Past President Dr. Perry Noble, in partnership with Innerwheel Club, our umbrella organization God’s Special Children and the ever-supportive team from PedyaKamp.
