Mobile Mulat-Mata Eye Refraction Mission Goes to Cavite

Oh the magic of Christmas!

On December 8, we shared some Christmas spirit in our Mulat-Mata Eye Refraction, one of our annual programs. It is an ongoing initiative that we, together with Transitions Optical, take to various locations in the Philippines with the aim to improve the sight of Filipinos nationwide through eye refraction activities for children and senior citizens.

This year, volunteers from our club have travelled all the way to Amadeo, Cavite to conduct the annual mission where we served approximately 50 children and senior citizens. They all started the day feeling anxious but their spirits were lifted as soon as they experienced that it was just a breeze! The procedures were done before we knew it and we capped things off by spreading fun among the kids through a children’s party that included a gift-giving! The smiles on the kids faces were priceless!
